Where Is The Glen?

The Glen Golf Club is situated at the east end of North Berwick, approximately 25 miles from Edinburgh City Centre.

Can I Book Online?

Online booking is available and can be accessed using this link.

How Long Does A Round Take?

A round at the Glen should take approximately 3 hrs 50 mins for a 4-ball. All golfers must play “Ready golf”.

Visitor Tee Times

Visitors are welcome to play the course from 09:30am onwards.

Twilight Golf & rates available after 15:00.

Competitions

All Open Competitions can be found on the Scottish Golf App alongside the date registration opens.

Practice Facilities

Complimentary use of our practice facility is available to everyone prior to their tee time. We have Driving Nets, short game and practice putting green beside the Clubhouse. Our practice fairway with green & bunkers is next to the 15th/16th hole and can be accessed close by. Golf balls are not supplied.

Pro Shop & Starter Hours

Winter hours 07:30 - 16:00

Summer hours 07:00 - 17:00

Pro’s available most days from 08:30

Are Buggies Available?

Yes, buggies are available and can be booked in advance by contacting the starter or on the day.

We have a fleet of 12 buggies that are available at a cost of £35 per round or £45 per day.

Are Hire Clubs Available?

Yes, we have sets of Taylor Made and Wilson golf clubs which are available for £40 per round. All specs are catered for. Available April to mid October.

Is There A Dress Code?

We request appropriate golf attire on the course and in the clubhouse.

No blue denim to be worn whilst playing the course.

Can You Accommodate Junior Golfers?

At the Glen we seek to actively encourage junior golf and our PGA pro Fraser Malcolm demonstrates this with his work in the local community with junior golfers. As a result any juniors will be warmly welcomed at the Glen. Our Child Protection policy can be found here.

Are Dogs Allowed On The Course?

The Glen does not allow golfers to walk the course with their dogs.

Cancellation Policy

Cancelling within 14-7 days from the date of play then all deposits are forfeited.

If less than 7 days then all monies paid are lost.

Can I Book A Caddie Or Forecaddie?

Yes, you can request a Caddie or Forecaddie for your round of golf.

Caddies £60 Forecaddie £80.

Payment is requested in sterling £s & gratuity is optional.
